New installations & complete replacements

HVAC for new commercial construction and additions.

New construction HVAC goes best when the mechanical contractor sees the plans early. Air Zone takes bid and project inquiries from general contractors, developers, architects and owners building new space.

Send the bid package

Share the drawing set or a link to it, the current revision, mechanical specifications if issued, the bid due date and the contact for questions. Say whether you need pricing on a full design or on drawings already engineered by others.

Describe the building and its phases

Include the address, building type, approximate floor area, number of floors or units and whether the project is ground-up, an addition or a shell-and-core build-out. Phased projects should list which phases are included.

Coordinate with the other trades

Identify who handles roofing, structural supports, electrical feeds, gas service, fire protection and ceilings. Ask the proposal to state roof penetrations, equipment supports, sleeves and access requirements so responsibilities are clear before mobilization.

Match the HVAC schedule to the build

Provide milestone dates: rough-in, wall and ceiling close-up, equipment delivery windows, startup and certificate of occupancy targets. Ask how lead times on major equipment affect the schedule.

Start a new construction inquiry

Select Commercial or New construction on the form, add your role, the plan link and the bid date. Air Zone will confirm project fit, location and availability before quoting.
